Terms of sale
These terms apply to every retail and wholesale order placed with UNITED 42.
Orders
An order is a request to buy. It becomes binding once our team verifies your payment and confirms the order. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable.
Pricing
Unit prices follow the published quantity tiers and are recalculated on the server when the order is placed. Prices are set in USD; the MMK figure is converted with the store exchange rate saved on your order.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer or mobile wallet, followed by uploading proof of transfer. Orders are not dispatched before a staff member verifies the payment.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive alcohol or tobacco products.
Returns
Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery with photos. Verified issues are replaced or refunded.
Age restriction
Alcohol and tobacco are sold only to customers aged 18 or over. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaches this.
