Privacy policy
This policy explains what UNITED 42 does with the information you give us when you order.
What we collect
When you place an order we store your name, phone number, delivery address and any note you add. If you upload a payment screenshot, that image is stored privately against your order.
Why we collect it
Solely to verify payment, prepare the order and deliver it. Order records also let our staff answer questions about past purchases.
Who can see it
Only UNITED 42 staff working on orders. Payment proofs are held in private storage and are never publicly accessible.
Favourites and cart
Your saved products and cart contents live in your own browser storage. They are not uploaded until you place an order.
Retention
Order records are kept for accounting purposes. You can ask us to remove your contact details from records that are no longer required.
